Q1. What shall I do if the login is failed?
Ans: first register with correct details in “USER REGISTRATION” Link. Or please enter the correct mobile number and password.
Q2. How to do registration in Mobile app?
Ans: click “USER REGISTRATION” button and enter the mandatory fields in the form and click the “Continue Registration” button. And wait for the OTP which will be send to the registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and the Registration will be successful.
Q3. How can I retrieve my password if I forgot it?
Ans: click on the “Forgot Password?” and enter the mobile number and email id. The Password will send to your registered mobile number.
Q4. How to file a complaint?
Ans: go to “File a Complaint” menu. And select the complaint type and fill the required details and click “Submit Complaint Details”.
Q5. Why my Complaint not registered?
Ans: The following Reasons your complaint may not be registered in the mobile app
- Fill all the Fields in the complaint details (Photos are not Mandatory)
- Don’t include any special character including single quote (‘) in the text fields.
- In case you raised the same complaint again, it will not register.
Kindly check above mentioned points and raise the complaints.

Ans: go to “My Complaints” menu and there will show the status of your Complaint.

Ans: before login the app, choose the language you need (English or Tamil) and login to the App.

Ans: Go to “Public Login Area” and click the “Click here to sign up” link. Then enter the mandatory details and click the “Signup” button.
